​In the longer run I believe we will see a return to high trust, face to face interaction. As AI becomes more capable it will be harder to know whether the person you are speaking to online is actually a person. When that happens buyers and leaders will value presence again. Important decisions will shift back to the room, the handshake and the conversation.
